2. DEFINITIONS<\/span><\/h1>\n

For the purposes of these Terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1. \u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cSeller\u201d, \u201cTimeless Watches\u201d, or \u201cTimeless Watches Kft.\u201d means Timeless Watches Kft.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3. \u201cConsumer\u201d means a natural person acting outside the scope of trade, business, craft or profession.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5. \u201cProduct\u201d means any watch, accessory, watch part, watch box or other item offered for sale by Timeless Watches Kft.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6. \u201cOrder\u201d means a purchase request submitted through the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.7. \u201cContract\u201d means the legally binding agreement concluded between Timeless Watches Kft. and the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION<\/span><\/h1>\n

3.1. These Terms apply to all sales made through the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3.4. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and any incorporated policy, mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/span><\/h1>\n

    4.1. Timeless Watches Kft. primarily offers pre-owned watches.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.2. Certain Products may be vintage, discontinued or collectible items.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.3. Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are prepared in good faith and based upon information reasonably available at the time of listing.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.4. Product photographs form an integral part of the Product description.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.5. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and descriptions prior to purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.6. Minor variations in color, appearance or finish resulting from photography, lighting conditions or display settings shall not constitute defects.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.7. Detailed provisions regarding condition, originality, authenticity and vintage products are contained in the Watch Condition & Authenticity Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND MULTI-CHANNEL SALES<\/span><\/h1>\n

    5.1. Most Products offered by Timeless Watches Kft. are unique pre-owned items.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.2. Products may be simultaneously offered through multiple sales channels, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • the Website;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Chrono24;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • eBay;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • direct sales;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • trade fairs;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • other sales platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5.3. Product listings do not constitute legally binding offers but invitations for Customers to submit purchase offers.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.4. Due to synchronization delays, administrative errors or simultaneous sales, a Product may become unavailable after an Order has been submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.5. If a Product becomes unavailable prior to acceptance of an Order, Timeless Watches Kft. may cancel the Order and refund any amounts already paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.6. In such circumstances, the Customer\u2019s sole remedy shall be reimbursement of amounts actually paid to Timeless Watches Kft.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. ORDERING PROCESS<\/span><\/h1>\n

      6.1. Submission of an Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the Product.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2. An automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.3. A Contract is formed only when Timeless Watches Kft. expressly confirms acceptance of the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.4. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to refuse Orders prior to acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.5. Timeless Watches Kft. may refuse Orders for reasons including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Product unavailability;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • pricing errors;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • suspected fraud;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • export restrictions;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • sanctions compliance;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • payment concerns;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • legal obligations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        7. PRICES AND CURRENCY<\/span><\/h1>\n

        7.1. Prices may be displayed in EUR and HUF.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7.2. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices represent the purchase price of the Product.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7.3. Certain Products may be sold under the Hungarian margin scheme applicable to used goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7.4. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7.5. If a pricing error is identified after an Order has been submitted but before acceptance, Timeless Watches Kft. may reject the Order and refund any amounts already paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

        8. PAYMENT<\/span><\/h1>\n

        8.1. Accepted payment methods may include:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Bank transfer;<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Stripe card payments;<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Wise transfers;<\/span><\/li>\n

          8.2. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to limit available payment methods for specific transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

          8.3. Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n

          8.4. Timeless Watches Kft. may require additional verification for high-value transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

          9. PRODUCT RESERVATIONS<\/span><\/h1>\n

          9.1. Due to the unique nature of many Products offered by Timeless Watches Kft., Products are not automatically reserved upon submission of an Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          9.2. A Product shall only be considered reserved where Timeless Watches Kft. expressly confirms such reservation in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n

          9.3. Unless otherwise agreed, Products remain available for purchase by other customers until full payment has been received.<\/span><\/p>\n

          10. RETENTION OF TITLE<\/span><\/h1>\n

          10.1. Ownership of Products shall remain with Timeless Watches Kft. until all amounts owed in connection with the transaction have been paid in full.<\/span><\/p>\n

          10.2. Risk shall pass in accordance with applicable law and the Shipping & Customs Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

          11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/span><\/h1>\n

          11.1. Timeless Watches Kft. may offer delivery worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n

          11.2. Shipments may be performed using FedEx, UPS, DHL or other professional logistics providers.<\/span><\/p>\n

          11.3. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.<\/span><\/p>\n

          11.4. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for delays arising from customs procedures, carrier operations, governmental actions or force majeure events.<\/span><\/p>\n

          11.5. Detailed provisions relating to shipping, customs, duties and taxes are contained in the Shipping & Customs Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

          12. PERSONAL COLLECTION<\/span><\/h1>\n

          12.1. Personal collection may be available by prior appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n

          12.2. Timeless Watches Kft. may require identification prior to releasing Products to the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

          12.3. Additional arrangements relating to collection may be communicated on a case-by-case basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

          13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/span><\/h1>\n

          13.1. Consumers may be entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n

          13.2. Business Customers are not entitled to statutory consumer withdrawal rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

          13.3. Detailed provisions governing withdrawal rights, return procedures, inspection rights and refunds are set out in the Withdrawal Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

          13.4. Customers exercising withdrawal rights must comply with the procedures set forth in the Withdrawal Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

          14. WARRANTY<\/span><\/h1>\n

          14.1. Timeless Watches Kft. provides a twelve (12) month international warranty from the date of delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

          14.2. The warranty applies worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n

          14.3. The warranty covers:<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • authenticity of the Product; and<\/span><\/li>\n
          • proper mechanical functioning of the movement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            14.4. The scope, exclusions, procedures and remedies applicable to warranty claims are governed by the International Warranty Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

            14.5. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights applicable under law.<\/span><\/p>\n

            15. WATCH CONDITION AND AUTHENTICITY<\/span><\/h1>\n

            15.1. All Products are offered for sale in good faith as authentic.<\/span><\/p>\n

            15.2. Detailed provisions concerning:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • authenticity;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • originality;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • vintage watches;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • service history;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • water resistance;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • timekeeping performance;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • aftermarket components;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • condition disclosures;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              are contained in the Watch Condition & Authenticity Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

              15.3. Customers acknowledge that pre-owned and vintage watches may differ materially from newly manufactured products.<\/span><\/p>\n

              15.4. Product descriptions should be read together with photographs and accompanying documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

              16. FRAUD PREVENTION AND TRANSACTION VERIFICATION<\/span><\/h1>\n

              16.1. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to implement commercially reasonable fraud prevention measures.<\/span><\/p>\n

              16.2. Timeless Watches Kft. may request:<\/span><\/p>\n

                \n
              • proof of identity;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • proof of address;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • payment verification;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • billing verification;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • additional documentation reasonably required to verify a transaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                16.3. Timeless Watches Kft. may suspend, delay or cancel an Order pending satisfactory verification.<\/span><\/p>\n

                16.4. Failure to provide requested verification information may result in cancellation of the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

                16.5. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to refuse transactions where fraud is suspected.<\/span><\/p>\n

                17. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING, SANCTIONS AND EXPORT CONTROLS<\/span><\/h1>\n

                17.1. Timeless Watches Kft. is committed to complying with applicable laws relating to:<\/span><\/p>\n

                • anti-money laundering;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • sanctions;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • export controls;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • trade restrictions;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • fraud prevention.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  17.2. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel transactions where necessary to comply with legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  17.3. Timeless Watches Kft. may refuse shipment to countries, territories, persons or entities subject to legal restrictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  17.4. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for losses arising from compliance with legal obligations, sanctions requirements or export control regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  18. FORCE MAJEURE<\/span><\/h1>\n

                  18.1. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  18.2. Such circumstances may include:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  • armed conflict;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • terrorism;<\/span><\/li>\n

                  • governmental restrictions;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • customs embargoes;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • cyber incidents;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • power outages;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • transportation disruptions;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • carrier failures;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • strikes;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • labor disputes;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • natural disasters;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • epidemics;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • pandemics;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • acts of God.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    18.3. During the existence of a force majeure event, performance obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/span><\/h1>\n

                    19.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    19.2. Except in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, Timeless Watches Kft.\u2019s total liability arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    19.3. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • indirect losses;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • consequential losses;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • loss of profit;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • loss of business opportunity;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • loss of goodwill;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • loss arising from delays beyond its reasonable control.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      19.4. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      20. COMPLAINTS<\/span><\/h1>\n

                      21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/span><\/h1>\n

                      21.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      21.2. For Business Customers, the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or any Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      21.3. Consumers retain any mandatory rights relating to jurisdiction and consumer protection provided under applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT<\/span><\/h1>\n

                      22.1. These Terms, together with the incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding purchases made through the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      22.2. Product descriptions, photographs, invoices, order confirmations and written communications relating to a specific Product form part of the Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      22.3. General advertising, promotional materials and marketing statements do not create additional warranties or contractual obligations unless expressly incorporated into the Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      22.4. Failure by Timeless Watches Kft. to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      23. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/span><\/h1>\n

                      23.1. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      23.2. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      23.3. The latest version shall be published on the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      23.4. These Terms shall be interpreted together with:<\/span><\/p>\n

                        23.5. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n
