The Rolex Datejust ref. 116200 is a modern evolution of one of Rolex’s most iconic designs, retaining the traditional 36 mm proportions<\/strong> while introducing a more substantial case and bracelet construction. This particular example is distinguished by its elegant black dial<\/strong> and desirable roulette date wheel<\/strong>, where the date numerals alternate between red and black.<\/p>\n

Case<\/h3>\n

Crafted in stainless steel<\/strong>, the Oyster case measures 36 mm<\/strong> in diameter and features a polished smooth domed bezel<\/strong>. A sapphire crystal with Cyclops magnification protects the dial, while the Twinlock screw-down crown and Oyster construction provide water resistance originally rated to 100 metres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dial<\/h3>\n

Elegant black dial<\/strong> with applied white-gold baton hour markers and luminous hands. The date display at 3 o’clock features the distinctive roulette date wheel<\/strong>, alternating between red and black numerals<\/strong>, adding a subtle but highly recognizable detail to the otherwise understated configuration.<\/p>\n

Automatic Rolex calibre 3135<\/strong>, a COSC-certified manufacture movement containing 31 jewels<\/strong>, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour<\/strong>, and providing approximately 48 hours of power reserve<\/strong>. The calibre 3135 is renowned for its robustness, precision and excellent long-term serviceability.<\/p>\n
