Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 Selfwinding\u2013 Ref. 15210BC.OO.A321CR.01<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Introduced as part of the original Code 11.59 collection, the 15210BC.OO.A321CR.01<\/strong> combines contemporary Audemars Piguet architecture with traditional haute horlogerie finishing. This version pairs an 18-carat white-gold case<\/strong> with a deep blue lacquered dial and matching blue alligator leather strap. The reference debuted with the collection in 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Case<\/h3>\n

The highly architectural case is crafted from 18-carat white gold<\/strong> and measures 41 mm in diameter<\/strong> and approximately 10.7 mm thick<\/strong>. Its construction is particularly distinctive: a round bezel and caseback frame an octagonal middle case, a subtle reference to Audemars Piguet’s mastery of complex case design.<\/p>\n

The dramatically openworked lugs are attached to the bezel while appearing to float alongside the case middle. A double-curved sapphire crystal<\/strong> creates additional depth when viewing the dial from different angles.<\/p>\n

A sapphire display caseback reveals the movement. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dial<\/h3>\n

The striking blue lacquered dial<\/strong> is one of the defining features of this early Code 11.59 execution. It is complemented by 18-carat white-gold applied hour markers and hands<\/strong>, together with the distinctive Arabic numerals at 3, 6, 9 and 12.<\/p>\n

The Audemars Piguet signature is particularly noteworthy: rather than being conventionally printed or applied, the three-dimensional logo was produced using a galvanic growth process in 24-carat gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A discreet date aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock<\/strong> provides everyday practicality without significantly disturbing the symmetry of the dial.<\/p>\n

Movement<\/h3>\n

Powered by the Audemars Piguet manufacture calibre 4302<\/strong>, an automatic movement developed for the launch of the Code 11.59 collection.<\/p>\n

The calibre measures 32 mm in diameter and comprises 257 components and 32 jewels<\/strong>. It operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz)<\/strong> and provides a substantial 70-hour power reserve<\/strong>. The movement is visible through the sapphire caseback and features a 22-carat gold oscillating weight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Functions include hours, minutes, central seconds and date.<\/p>\n

Strap<\/h3>\n

Fitted with a hand-stitched blue \u201clarge square scale\u201d alligator leather strap<\/strong>, beautifully matching the blue dial, and an original 18-carat white-gold Audemars Piguet pin buckle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Condition<\/h3>\n
