The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Taille ref. 270.8.62<\/strong> is a larger interpretation of the classic hand-wound Reverso, retaining the model’s distinctive Art Deco character while offering more substantial proportions than the traditional Classique. This stainless-steel example features the quintessential silver dial with black Arabic numerals and blued hands<\/strong>, paired with its original leather strap and folding clasp.<\/p>\n

Case<\/h3>\n

The reversible rectangular case is crafted from stainless steel<\/strong> and measures approximately 42 \u00d7 26 mm<\/strong>, with a thickness of around 9.5 mm<\/strong>. The characteristic horizontal gadroons above and below the dial frame the classic Reverso architecture.<\/p>\n

A sapphire crystal<\/strong> protects the dial. The solid reverse side of the rotating case provides the clean, uninterrupted surface traditionally associated with the Monoface Reverso.<\/p>\n

Dial<\/h3>\n

The silver dial<\/strong> features bold black Arabic numerals, a rectangular chemin-de-fer minute track and elegant blued-steel sword hands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Unlike the smaller two-hand Reverso Classique, the Grande Taille incorporates a subsidiary seconds display at 6 o’clock<\/strong>, giving the dial greater visual balance while retaining the strong Art Deco character of the collection.<\/p>\n

Movement<\/h3>\n

Powered by the hand-wound Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 822<\/strong>, a manufacture movement specifically shaped for the rectangular Reverso case.<\/p>\n

The calibre 822 has 21 jewels<\/strong> and provides approximately 42\u201345 hours of power reserve<\/strong>, with indications for hours, minutes and subsidiary seconds.<\/p>\n

Strap<\/h3>\n

Fitted with its original Jaeger-LeCoultre leather strap and original stainless-steel folding clasp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Condition<\/h3>\n
