INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: 15th of June, 2026

1. PURPOSE

1.1. This International Warranty Policy (“Warranty Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Timeless Watches Kft.

1.2. This Warranty Policy governs the warranty provided by Timeless Watches Kft. in connection with Products sold through www.timelessbdpst.com.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

2.1. Timeless Watches Kft. provides a twelve (12) month international warranty from the date of delivery.

2.2. The warranty applies worldwide.

2.3. The warranty covers:

1. authenticity of the Product; and
2. proper mechanical functioning of the movement under normal use.

2.4. This Warranty Policy applies in addition to any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable law.

3. AUTHENTICITY WARRANTY

3.1. Timeless Watches Kft. warrants that Products are offered for sale in good faith as authentic.

3.2. Authenticity claims shall be handled in accordance with:

• the Terms and Conditions;
• the Watch Condition & Authenticity Policy;
• this Warranty Policy.

3.3. Timeless Watches Kft. shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product before determining the validity of an authenticity claim.

3.4. Timeless Watches Kft. may require return of the complete Product before making a determination regarding authenticity.

4. MECHANICAL FUNCTIONING

4.1. Proper mechanical functioning means that the movement performs its intended functions in a reasonably reliable manner.

4.2. Covered defects may include:

• complete movement failure;
• failure of automatic winding systems;
• failure of manual winding systems;
• failure of time-setting mechanisms;
• failure of date-setting mechanisms;
• failure of chronograph mechanisms;
• failure of GMT mechanisms;
• failure of calendar mechanisms;
• failure of power reserve mechanisms;
• other material mechanical defects.

4.3. Mechanical watches are precision instruments and are not guaranteed to maintain a specific daily rate unless expressly stated in writing.

5. EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

5.1. normal wear and tear;

5.2. cosmetic deterioration;

5.3. scratches, dents, marks or abrasions;

5.4. deterioration of straps, bracelets, buckles or clasps;

5.5. batteries;

5.6. water damage;

5.7. moisture damage or condensation;

5.8. shock damage;

5.9. impact damage;

5.10. damage resulting from dropping the Product;

5.11. magnetism-related issues not caused by a covered mechanical defect;

5.12. misuse, neglect or improper handling;

5.13. accidents, fire, flooding or other external events;

5.14. deterioration of luminous material;

5.15. deterioration of seals, gaskets or water-resistance components;

5.16. normal age-related deterioration;

5.17. defects disclosed prior to sale;

5.18. issues resulting from improper storage.

6. WATER RESISTANCE

6.1. Water resistance is excluded from warranty coverage.

6.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, water resistance is not guaranteed.

6.3. Any pressure test performed prior to sale reflects the condition of the Product only at the time of testing.

6.4. Water damage, moisture intrusion and condensation are not covered by this Warranty Policy.

7. TIMEKEEPING PERFORMANCE

7.1. Variations in daily rate shall not constitute warranty defects unless directly caused by a covered mechanical failure.

7.2. Timekeeping performance may vary depending on:

• age;
• movement design;
• servicing history;
• temperature;
• position;
• magnetism;
• wearing habits;
• environmental conditions.

7.3. Variations from chronometer standards shall not in themselves constitute warranty defects.

7.4. Timing-machine measurements reported prior to sale are informational only and do not constitute guarantees of future performance.

8. POWER RESERVE

8.1. Variations in power reserve resulting from:

• age;
• wear;
• lubrication condition;
• historical servicing;
• normal mechanical characteristics;

shall not in themselves constitute warranty defects.

8.2. A warranty claim relating to power reserve shall only be valid where a material mechanical defect is established.

9. MAGNETISM

9.1. Temporary timekeeping issues caused by magnetism do not constitute warranty defects unless caused by a covered mechanical failure.

9.2. Magnetism may arise from normal interaction with modern electronic devices and environmental sources.

10. THIRD-PARTY INTERVENTION

10.1. Customers shall not authorize repairs, servicing, modifications or alterations by third parties without prior written authorization from Timeless Watches Kft.

10.2. The warranty becomes void if the Product is:

• opened;
• modified;
• repaired;
• serviced;
• altered;

by a third party without prior written authorization from Timeless Watches Kft.

10.3. This provision shall not affect mandatory statutory rights or a Consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

11. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

11.1. Customers must notify Timeless Watches Kft. promptly upon discovery of a suspected defect.

11.2. Claims must be submitted to:

11.3. Customers shall provide information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

11.4. Timeless Watches Kft. shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product.

11.5. Customers shall not authorize third-party intervention before Timeless Watches Kft. has evaluated the claim.

12. SHIPPING COSTS

12.1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with withdrawal returns.

12.2. For accepted warranty claims, Timeless Watches Kft. shall bear reasonable shipping costs associated with inspection, repair, replacement or refund.

12.3. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to determine:

• carrier;
• shipping method;
• insurance requirements;
• packaging requirements.

13. REMEDIES

13.1. Where a valid warranty claim is established, Timeless Watches Kft. may, at its discretion:

1. repair the Product;
2. replace the Product;
3. provide a partial refund; or
4. provide a full refund.

13.2. The selected remedy shall be commercially reasonable in light of the circumstances.

13.3. Where replacement is not possible because the Product is unique, Timeless Watches Kft. may provide an alternative remedy.

14. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

14.1. This Warranty Policy constitutes the sole voluntary warranty provided by Timeless Watches Kft. except where additional rights arise under mandatory law.

14.2. Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14.3. Timeless Watches Kft.’s obligations under this Warranty Policy are limited to the remedies expressly described herein.

15. INTERPRETATION

15.1. This Warranty Policy shall be interpreted together with:

• Terms and Conditions;
• Watch Condition & Authenticity Policy;
• Shipping & Customs Policy;
• Withdrawal Policy.

15.2. In the event of conflict, mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail.

15.3. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
