WITHDRAWAL POLICY AND RETURN PROCEDURE

Effective Date: 15th of June, 2026

1. PURPOSE

1.1. This Withdrawal Policy and Return Procedure (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Timeless Watches Kft.

1.2. This Policy governs the exercise of statutory withdrawal rights by Consumers purchasing Products through www.timelessbdpst.com.

1.3. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights granted to Consumers under applicable law.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

2.2. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer, takes physical possession of the Product.

2.3. Business Customers are not entitled to statutory consumer withdrawal rights.

3. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

3.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Timeless Watches Kft. by a clear written statement before expiration of the withdrawal period.

3.3. Consumers may use the model withdrawal form attached to this Policy but are not required to do so.

4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

4.1. The Consumer shall return the Product without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating the decision to withdraw.

4.2. The return deadline is met if the Product is dispatched before expiration of the fourteen (14) day return period.

4.3. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.

4.4. Returned Products must be shipped using a secure and trackable delivery service.

4.5. Timeless Watches Kft. strongly recommends adequate shipping insurance for high-value Products.

5. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

5.1. Consumers may inspect Products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5.2. Consumers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.

5.3. Examples of handling that may result in diminished value include:

• scratches;
• dents;
• impact damage;
• polishing;
• opening the watch case;
• removal of protective elements;
• replacement of components;
• unauthorized servicing;
• damage caused by improper use;
• bracelet resizing resulting in damage or missing links;
• loss of accessories.

5.4. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to deduct reasonable amounts reflecting diminished value where permitted by applicable law.

6. COMPLETE RETURN REQUIREMENT

6.1. Products should be returned together with all items supplied at the time of delivery, including where applicable:

• presentation boxes;
• warranty cards;
• certificates;
• manuals;
• spare links;
• tags;
• accessories;
• accompanying documentation.

6.2. Missing items may result in a reduction of the refundable amount where permitted by law.

6.3. Bracelet sizing performed prior to shipment does not affect statutory withdrawal rights.

6.4. All bracelet links removed prior to shipment and supplied with the Product must be returned.

7. INSPECTION OF RETURNS

7.1. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to inspect all returned Products before processing a refund.

7.2. Inspection may include:

• authenticity verification;
• condition assessment;
• movement inspection;
• verification of included accessories;
• serial number verification;
• component verification.

7.3. Timeless Watches Kft. may obtain an independent expert assessment where reasonably necessary.

8. SERIAL NUMBER VERIFICATION

8.1. Timeless Watches Kft. records identifying characteristics of Products prior to shipment.

8.2. Such records may include:

• serial numbers;
• reference numbers;
• movement numbers;
• bracelet numbers;
• clasp numbers;
• manufacturer markings;
• photographs;
• other identifying features.

8.3. Returned Products must correspond to the identifying information recorded by Timeless Watches Kft. at the time of sale.

8.4. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to verify identifying information before accepting a return or issuing a refund.

8.5. Any discrepancy may result in suspension of the refund process pending further investigation.

9. COMPONENT SUBSTITUTION AND TAMPERING

9.1. Returned Products must contain the same components supplied at the time of delivery except for adjustments expressly permitted by applicable law.

9.2. A return shall not be considered complete where:

• original components have been removed;
• original components have been substituted;
• non-original components have been installed;
• identifying markings have been altered;
• the Product has been materially modified after delivery.

9.3. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to obtain an independent expert assessment where component substitution, tampering or modification is suspected.

9.4. If a returned Product differs materially from the Product originally supplied, Timeless Watches Kft. may:

1. refuse the return to the extent permitted by applicable law;
2. reduce the refundable amount to reflect diminished value where permitted by applicable law;
3. pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

9.5. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION

10.1. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to investigate suspicious return activity.

10.2. Returned Products displaying evidence of:

• tampering;
• component substitution;
• counterfeit parts;
• altered serial numbers;
• removed identifying markings;
• other material alterations;

may be referred to independent experts for evaluation.

10.3. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves all rights available under applicable law in cases of suspected fraud.

11. REFUNDS

11.1. Timeless Watches Kft. shall reimburse payments received from the Consumer in accordance with applicable law.

11.2. Timeless Watches Kft. may withhold reimbursement until:

1. the returned Product has been received; or
2. the Consumer has supplied evidence of return shipment,

whichever occurs first.

11.3. Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

11.4. Lawful deductions for diminished value, missing items or damage may be applied where permitted by law.

12. EXCLUSIONS

12.1. Withdrawal rights may not apply in circumstances provided by applicable law.

12.2. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. INTERPRETATION

13.1. This Policy shall be interpreted together with:

• Terms and Conditions;
• Watch Condition & Authenticity Policy;
• International Warranty Policy;
• Shipping & Customs Policy.

13.2. In the event of conflict, mandatory consumer protection legislation shall prevail.

13.3. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
