SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY

Effective Date: 15th of June, 2026

1. PURPOSE

1.1. This Shipping & Customs Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Timeless Watches Kft.

1.2. This Policy governs shipping, delivery, customs clearance, import procedures and international transportation of Products sold by Timeless Watches Kft.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

2.1. Timeless Watches Kft. may offer delivery to selected countries worldwide.

2.2. Shipping availability may change without notice due to:

legal restrictions;
customs regulations;
insurance limitations;
carrier restrictions;
sanctions requirements;
operational considerations.

2.3. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination at its sole discretion.

3. CARRIERS

3.1. Shipments may be performed using:

FedEx;
UPS;
DHL;
other professional logistics providers.

3.2. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to determine the carrier used for any shipment.

3.3. Carrier selection may depend upon:

destination;
shipment value;
insurance availability;
customs requirements;
operational considerations.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

4.1. Delivery estimates are indicative only.

4.2. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

4.3. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for delays caused by:

customs inspections;
customs clearance procedures;
carrier operational issues;
transportation disruptions;
governmental actions;
sanctions reviews;
security checks;
force majeure events.

5. IMPORTER OF RECORD

5.1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the purchaser shall act as importer of record for shipments delivered outside the European Union.

5.2. The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with local import laws and regulations.

5.3. The purchaser shall provide all information reasonably required for customs clearance.

5.4. Failure by the purchaser to provide requested customs documentation, tax information, identification documents or other information required for import clearance shall constitute a failure to cooperate with customs clearance procedures.

6. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES

6.1. Prices displayed by Timeless Watches Kft. do not include:

customs duties;
import VAT;
GST;
sales taxes;
brokerage fees;
customs processing fees;
storage fees;
governmental charges;

unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.2. All such charges shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser.

6.3. Failure to pay import-related charges shall not relieve the purchaser of payment obligations arising from the sales contract.

7. INDEMNIFICATION FOR IMPORT-RELATED CHARGES

7.1. The purchaser acknowledges that import duties, import VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, storage charges and similar import-related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7.2. If any customs authority, customs broker, carrier, freight forwarder, logistics provider or governmental authority seeks payment, reimbursement or recovery of such charges from Timeless Watches Kft. due to the purchaser’s failure or refusal to pay, the purchaser shall reimburse Timeless Watches Kft. for all such amounts to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.3. The purchaser shall further reimburse Timeless Watches Kft. for reasonable costs incurred in connection with such recovery, including:

administrative costs;
customs processing fees;
storage fees;
carrier charges;
collection costs;
legal fees;
professional advisor fees;
other reasonably incurred expenses.

7.4. This obligation survives completion, cancellation, termination or rescission of the sales contract.

7.5. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

8. CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS AND VALUATION

8.1. Customs declarations shall be completed using values determined by Timeless Watches Kft. in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8.2. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not:

falsify customs declarations;
undervalue shipments;
misrepresent the nature of Products;
provide misleading customs information.

8.3. Customers shall not request Timeless Watches Kft. to engage in conduct that would violate customs laws or regulations.

9. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

9.1. Customs authorities may require:

proof of identity;
tax information;
import declarations;
supporting documentation;
payment of duties and taxes.

9.2. The purchaser shall cooperate fully with customs authorities and carriers.

9.3. Delays resulting from customs procedures shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or refund.

10. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

10.1. The purchaser shall not refuse delivery solely because:

customs duties are assessed;
import taxes are assessed;
brokerage fees are assessed;
customs procedures are required.

10.2. Refusal to accept delivery may result in:

return shipping charges;
customs return fees;
customs storage fees;
carrier administrative charges;
insurance costs;
other related expenses.

10.3. Such expenses may be deducted from any refund otherwise due to the purchaser.

11. RETURNED SHIPMENTS

11.1. If a shipment is returned due to:

refusal of delivery;
failure to cooperate with customs;
failure to pay duties or taxes;
incorrect information supplied by the purchaser;
failure to collect the shipment;

the purchaser shall remain responsible for all resulting costs.

11.2. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to deduct such costs from any refund otherwise due.

12. ABANDONED OR CONFISCATED SHIPMENTS

12.1. If a shipment is abandoned, destroyed, confiscated or otherwise disposed of due to the purchaser’s actions or omissions, Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for resulting losses.

12.2. The purchaser remains responsible for obligations arising under the sales contract to the extent permitted by law.

13. EXPORT COMPLIANCE, SANCTIONS AND AML

13.1. Timeless Watches Kft. complies with applicable laws relating to:

sanctions;
export controls;
anti-money laundering;
trade restrictions.

13.2. Orders may be suspended, refused or cancelled where required for legal compliance.

13.3. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for losses resulting from compliance with such obligations.

14. SHIPPING INSURANCE

14.1. Timeless Watches Kft. may insure shipments at its discretion.

14.2. Insurance arrangements do not alter the allocation of responsibilities under this Policy.

14.3. Customers may be required to comply with carrier or insurer requirements when making claims relating to shipments.

15. LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

15.1. Visible shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

15.2. Customers shall retain:

packaging materials;
shipping labels;
shipment contents;

for inspection purposes.

15.3. Failure to cooperate with carrier investigations may affect available remedies.

16. WARRANTY SHIPMENTS

16.1. For accepted warranty claims, Timeless Watches Kft. shall bear reasonable shipping costs associated with inspection, repair, replacement or refund.

16.2. Timeless Watches Kft. reserves the right to determine:

carrier;
shipping method;
insurance requirements;
packaging requirements.

17. WITHDRAWAL RETURNS

17.1. Customers exercising statutory withdrawal rights are responsible for return shipping costs.

17.2. Returned Products must be shipped using a secure and trackable shipping method.

17.3. Timeless Watches Kft. strongly recommends adequate insurance for high-value shipments.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18.1. Timeless Watches Kft. shall not be liable for:

customs delays;
customs inspections;
customs duties;
import taxes;
brokerage fees;
governmental actions;
sanctions reviews;
carrier operational failures beyond its reasonable control.

18.2. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. INTERPRETATION

19.1. This Policy shall be interpreted together with:

Terms and Conditions;
Watch Condition & Authenticity Policy;
International Warranty Policy;
Withdrawal Policy.

19.2. In the event of conflict, mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail.

19.3. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
