The Breguet Marine ref. 5517TI/G2/9ZU is Breguet’s modern interpretation of the luxury sports watch, seamlessly blending the manufacture’s centuries-old watchmaking tradition with contemporary design and advanced materials. Crafted in lightweight titanium and paired with a striking slate grey dial, it offers exceptional everyday versatility while retaining unmistakable Breguet DNA.

Case

Crafted in titanium, the case measures 40 mm in diameter and approximately 11.5 mm in thickness. It features a combination of satin-brushed and polished surfaces, Breguet’s signature fluted caseband, integrated lugs, and a screw-down crown. The sapphire display caseback reveals the beautifully finished movement, while 100 meters of water resistance ensures practicality for everyday wear.

Dial

The elegant slate grey gold dial features a finely executed hand-guilloché wave motif, inspired by the Marine collection’s nautical heritage. Applied Roman numerals, luminous Breguet hands, and a date display at 3 o’clock provide excellent legibility, while the subtle textures and sophisticated color palette give the watch a distinctly modern character.

Movement

Automatic Breguet calibre 777A, an in-house movement featuring a date complication, silicon balance spring, and silicon inverted in-line lever escapement for enhanced precision and resistance to magnetism. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), the movement delivers approximately 55 hours of power reserve and can be admired through the sapphire display caseback.
