The IWC Portugieser Chronograph ref. IW371415 is one of the most elegant executions of the iconic Portugieser Chronograph. Case

Crafted in 18kt rose gold, the case measures 40.9 mm in diameter and approximately 12.3 mm in thickness. The polished finish, slim bezel, and elegantly curved lugs emphasize the large dial opening, while the sapphire crystal and solid case back preserve the watch’s classic appearance. Water resistance is rated to 30 meters.

Dial

The elegant black dial features the Portugieser’s signature bi-compax chronograph layout, with a 30-minute counter at 12 o’clock and small seconds at 6 o’clock. Applied Arabic numerals, polished feuille hands, and the finely printed quarter-second track create one of the most harmonious and recognizable chronograph dials in modern watchmaking.

Movement

Automatic IWC calibre 79350, a robust and reliable chronograph movement based on the proven Valjoux 7750 architecture and extensively modified by IWC. The movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), offers approximately 44 hours of power reserve, and is renowned for its durability and ease of servicing.
