The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M ref. 215.33.40.20.01.001 is a professional dive watch that combines Omega’s latest movement technology with the robust construction of the Planet Ocean collection. Featuring a versatile 39.5 mm case, a black ceramic dial, and a Master Chronometer-certified movement, it offers exceptional performance in a size suitable for everyday wear as well as professional diving.

Case

Crafted in stainless steel, the case measures 39.5 mm in diameter and approximately 14.2 mm in thickness. It features a black ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel with a Liquidmetal diving scale, a helium escape valve, and a screw-down crown. The sapphire crystal is anti-reflective on both sides, while the sapphire display caseback reveals the beautifully finished movement. Water resistance is rated to 600 metres (60 bar).

Dial

The elegant black ceramic dial features applied Arabic numerals, luminous hour markers, and the signature broad arrow hour hand. A date display at 3 o’clock provides everyday practicality, while generous Super-LumiNova ensures outstanding legibility in low-light conditions. The clean, highly legible design reflects the Planet Ocean’s purpose-built diving heritage.

Movement

Automatic Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8800, an in-house movement certified by METAS for precision, magnetic resistance, and overall performance. The movement features Omega’s Co-Axial escapement, a free-sprung balance with a silicon balance spring, operates at 25,200 vibrations per hour (3.5 Hz), and delivers approximately 55 hours of power reserve. It is resistant to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss.
