Case

Crafted in stainless steel, the Oyster case measures 26 mm in diameter and features a smooth stainless steel bezel. The watch is fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, Cyclops magnification over the date, and a screw-down Rolex crown.

Dial

Classic black dial with applied baton hour markers and matching hands. The date display at 3 o’clock features Rolex’s characteristic Cyclops magnification. The combination of the black dial and smooth steel bezel gives the watch a particularly clean and versatile appearance. Black is a documented factory dial configuration for the 69160.

Movement

Automatic Rolex calibre 2135, a 29-jewel chronometer movement developed for Rolex’s smaller Oyster models. It operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers approximately 42 hours of power reserve. The calibre 2135 is well regarded for its reliability, precision and long-term serviceability.
